Light and grounded, vital and relaxed
In this workshop we will explore how being more alive, loose and creative in our yoga practice, can help us cultivate a more balanced sense of both energy and rest within ourselves.
Each session will be asana based, and will work towards periods of relaxation and sitting practice.
