How exciting - I will be giving a Thai Yoga Massage intro workshop at the amazingly beautiful Sadhaka yoga studio in Camden on 14th June. This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know the art of Thai Yoga Massage while having fun giving and receiving some great bodywork.
Aside from a short talk about the background and history of Thai Yoga Massage, most of the day will be hands-on learning. You will learn a sequence of stretches and exercises that are safe and easy to give and feel fantastic. Your friends and family will probably send you for some more training soon!
You can book your place via Sadhaka directly! Come and join me :)
We had an amazing time at our breathe & de-stress weekend retreat at Claridge House. Lots of peace and quiet, but also plenty of laughter, amazing views of the garden, yummy yoga and meditation and delicious food.
Sunday 22nd September, 10am - 4pm
@fh space, Forest Hill
Light and grounded, vital and relaxed
In this workshop we will explore how being more alive, loose and creative in our yoga practice, can help us cultivate a more balanced sense of both energy and rest within ourselves.
Each session will be asana based, and will work towards periods of relaxation and sitting practice.

So sometimes, when I'm not on the yoga mat, I find a little time to ponder over all things yoga, and every so often it so happens that I also write down my ponderings...
