It started with being very pleased about my new, decorative box which now keeps all my various flyers neat and tidy.
And here is how I would describe the actual flyering action this morning: I spent about 50 minutes walking through my lovely hood, on a clear, crisp winter day. There was a buzz in the air as quite a lot of people were out going about their chores or drinking coffee with friends. I got to talk to lots of really nice shop and cafe staff, exchanging friendly smiles and the occasional chit-chat. On the way I discovered a fantastic cafe I never knew anything about, even though it is almost around the corner from me. So basically - pretty awesome 50 minutes!
Afterwards I treated myself to a well deserved lunch with my lovely yoga buddy Eden, feeling rather pleased with myself for having covered all the places I wanted in a rather short time. As I had left the house a bit late, I actually made a proper plan for the ideal route, which worked like a treat. The fresh air had given me a real energy boost, and by the end of lunch my friend and I fixed dates for a two-part inversion immersion workshop and decided to join forces in developing a new de-stress programme. Bam!
I then proceeded to get tons and tons of work done in the afternoon, and then still felt energised enough to make a massive pot of vegetable soup - yum. And as if that still wasn't enough, I am now sitting here and writing a blog post about it all.
PS: The de-stress programme will be available for individuals, small private groups, as well as for corporate groups. If you have any ideas, thoughts, particular issues or questions you would like to share with me, I would love it! Please get in touch.
