Sandy Lee has created Yoga EMM, which means Yoga in Expressive Melodic Movement. Each EMM flow starts with a gentle warm up progressing through to more challenging sequences, and then more gentle poses preparing the body for relaxation. The beautiful choreography and uplifting music makes this practice a lot of fun.
Sandy Lee is an experienced BWYoga teacher based in Surrey. She has also taught several times in India, Cyprus and Italy and runs regular EMM workshops. Before becoming a Yoga teacher she was trained by Arlene Phillips as a dancer and taught Modern Jazz and worked as a choreographer for many years.
